About Me

I’m a former depression and anxiety sufferer, so I like to think I know what I’m talking about when it comes to this. Not counting the years of personal experience I have, I’ve also done countless hours of reading and research on the subject, and I want to share everything I know here.

I pretty much experienced every part of the depression & anxiety spectrum during my two years, with over 50 different symptoms, therapy, awkward conversations, suicidal thoughts, being bed bound, having to quit my job…the list goes on.

But because of this, I’m able to offer a great deal of advice and support to those suffering.

The biggest lesson I’ve learnt is that, as crazy as this sounds, it was the best thing that’s ever happened to m, because I now value relationships more, I’ve found a job I love and I’m enjoying my life. And you just can’t put a price on that.

My aim with this blog is to provide a place where you can come for guidance and advice, and to help you to get into the position that I’m now in.
