I recently wrote a post for the popular meditation app, Headspace, on what it’s really like to meditate with depression. If any of you’ve tried, I’m sure you’ll agree it isn’t always easy. Being asked to sit, chill and accept the darker thoughts that depression brings seems a little counterintuitive, especially if we’re talking about suicide.
But, the science behind it makes sense, and it definitely played a huge part in my recovery. Check out my post here 🙂
