This book really was the best thing I’d found to solve my anxiety problem. I’ve written about it in more detail here and here, but have put this on a separate page so that it is more easily accessible. I tried several different pills, therapies and self-help exercises, all claiming to be that ‘magic bullet’ cure. This was the only thing that actually seemed to make practical sense, and was one of the only things that finally got me on the road to recovery.
